
Sarah Davila is experienced in working with individuals, couples, and groups. She completed a Masters in social work in 1989. Her background in family services and chemical dependency informs her expertise with multiple addictions. Since 2014, she has been in private practice and specialized further with women dealing with betrayal trauma and relationship addiction along with couples in recovery and/or dealing with other relationship stressors. Sarah has a passion for group work; she has led a variety of therapy groups and workshops. She became a certified psychodramatist during the pandemic and is working toward becoming a psychodrama trainer and educator.
In following her own recovery journey, Sarah is committed to cultivating joy daily through meditation, singing, and nature.

Sarah Ockrin, LMSW, has loved being a part of the team at the Joy Full Living Center. Her respect for the innate dignity of each person drives her passion to help people move toward greater emotional health, growth and freedom. As a strong believer that we are both wounded and healed in relationships, Sarah offers a safe space that is free of judgment and honors each person's unique experience. Safety allows us to acknowledge our imperfections and honor the messy, beautiful tapestry of being human. Sarah is a passionate advocate for holistic wellbeing, embracing both the light and shadow within us. Drawing from her training and experience, Sarah offers a creative and experiential approach to healing, working together with clients to gain deeper insight, process past experiences, and develop new coping strategies.
